Our Team

Young Woo joined the company in 2014 as the firm’s Customer Service Manager. She handles all customer service and queries for inforce policies including address changes, owner and beneficiary changes, payee updates, loans and withdrawals, policy performance reviews and death claims processing. Young has worked with various financial institutions including insurance companies and broker dealers in the new business, customer service and compliance areas. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, dancing, cooking and traveling
