Our Team

Tonya joined the company in 2021 as a case manager and a licensed insurance agent, working directly with Dennis Gilbert who specializes in serving high net worth individuals and families across sports, entertainment, and business. Tonya assists Dennis and his A-list clientele, with underwriting new business, applications, policy issuance and case design. Prior to working with Paradigm Gilbert, Tonya ran her own insurance agency selling personal and commercial property, casualty, life, and health insurance and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Outside of the office, she enjoys wine tasting, live music, spending time with family and friends, hiking, kayaking, going to the beach, jet skiing, camping, singing karaoke, and traveling.
